*Prepare the ingredients.

*Put all the ingredients, except the strawberries, into a sous-vide cooking bag. Place the mixture in a sous-vide bag. Make sure the bags are well sealed.

*Pour 100 ml of water into the bowl. Insert the steam basket. Place the bag of rhubarb in.
