*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 100g *Rhubarb
  • 75g *Caster sugar
  • 15cl *Water
  • 0.5pl *Lemon juice
  • 0.5pl *Orange blossom
  • 125g *Strawberries

*Put all the ingredients, except the strawberries, into a sous-vide cooking bag. Place the mixture in a sous-vide bag. Make sure the bags are well sealed.

  • 100g *Rhubarb
  • 75g *Caster sugar
  • 15cl *Water
  • 0.5pl *Lemon juice
  • 0.5pl *Orange blossom
  • 125g *Strawberries
