*Prepare the ingredients.

• 250g *Pollock fillets (whole)
• 2čl *Chopped ginger
• 1pl *Soy sauce
• 0.5čl *Toasted sesame oil
• 1pl *Sunflower oil
• 1kus *Spring onion, the whites and the greens minced
• 10vet. *Coriander, stems and leaves roughly chopped
• *Pepper

*Chop the ginger.

• 2čl *Chopped ginger

*Line the steam basket with baking paper. Place the fish into it.

• 250g *Pollock fillets (whole)

*Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.

*Mix half of the ginger with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the fish.

• 2čl *Chopped ginger
• 1pl *Soy sauce
• 0.5čl *Toasted sesame oil

*Cook on steam low.

*Remove the basket. Put the fish and its juices on a plate. Wash and dry the bowl.

*Fry the other half of the ginger with the oil for 1 minute. Add the onion and coriander. Season with pepper and stir.
