*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 400g *Beef chuck
  • 90g *Red curry paste
  • 1pl *Neutral oil
  • 2strúč. *Chopped garlic
  • 0.5 *Onion
  • 1.5pl *Ginger
  • 1 *Red chilli peppers
  • 3pl *Red wine vinegar
  • 1pl *Tomato purée
  • 10cl *Beef stock
  • 1pl *Strong mustard
  • *Salt, pepper

*In a mixing bowl, combine the beef and curry paste and leave to marinate for 12 hours.

  • 400g *Beef chuck
  • 90g *Red curry paste

*Add the oil to the bowl.

*Add the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli, and fry for 3 minutes.

*Add the remaining ingredients and marinated beef. Bring to the boil.

  • 400g *Beef chuck

  • 1pl *Tomato purée
  • 10cl *Beef stock
  • 1pl *Strong mustard
  • *Salt, pepper

*Low temperature cooking high.
