3 čl *caster sugar
3 čl *oyster sauce
3 čl *sesame oil
3 čl *chilli paste (optional)
6 list *rice paper measuring approx. 20 cm in diameter
1.5 *chopped and sliced spring onion
24 *raw peeled prawns
3 pl *neutral oil

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix together the soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chilli.

*Put the sauce in the fridge.

*Line the steam basket with baking paper.

*Soak a sheet of rice paper in a large bowl filled with warm water. Place it on a clean tea towel.

*Add a little onion to the bottom of the rice paper, place 4 prawns in a row without overlapping them and roll it up, folding over the edges.

*Baste with a little oil and place in the basket. Do the same for all the rolls.

*Pour 250 ml of water into the bowl. Put the basket in place.
