*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 40cl *Long-life whole milk
  • 25g *Caster sugar
  • 0.5sáčok *Starter cultures
  • 4pl *Lemon curd
  • 4pl *Broken-up biscuits

*Pour the milk, sugar and starter cultures into a mixing bowl. Mix gently.

  • 40cl *Long-life whole milk
  • 25g *Caster sugar
  • 0.5sáčok *Starter cultures

*Pour the lemon curd into the small glass jars then the milk.

  • 4pl *Lemon curd

*Pour 100 ml of water into the bowl.

*Place the small glass jars inside the bowl with the lids closed.

*Cook the yoghurts.

*Take out the small glass jars. Leave to cool. Keep the yoghurts in the fridge. Serve with broken-up biscuits.
